Looking ahead, he noted that 2025 sets a high bar, but with the momentum already in place, we’re positioned for another breakthrough year. We’re setting the stage for an even bigger impact, expanding our reach and ensuring our platform remains the best choice for drivers and riders alike.
Today’s deep dive, led by Vero Cevallos, focused on the core pillar "Here for You" that is all about strengthening our Driver Loyalty. It prioritizes the three key factors that drive long-term loyalty:
Safety – Addressing their #1 concern.
Earnings – Ensuring fair and sustainable income.
Emotion – Building trust and connection.
A great example of this is PAX Verification, a key safety initiative designed to enhance passenger verification, making trips safer and more trustworthy for our drivers.
One of the most inspiring moments came from the interview made to Cristhian Jiménez, a DiDi driver who turned to to poetry after a cancer diagnosis in 2018. Thanks to Soñando con DiDi, he fulfilled his dream of publishing a book. He shared his incredible journey in a truly emotional interview, inspiring us all with an example of a true story of resilience and passion. 💙
