Also known as "duritos," this crispy, deep-fried wheat flour "chicharrón" is topped with pickled pork skins, avocado, tomato, cabbage, sour cream, and Valentina hot sauce.

Available in a vegetarian version: picked pork is replaced with crunchy jícama.

Our delicious, soft, and slightly spicy beef "birria" (stew) is slow-cooked in spices for hours, and topped with onion & cilantro "macho" – these tacos are our best sellers! 

Shredded chicken "tinga"

Stewed in aromatic bay leaves, onions, and garlic cloves before being finished in red sauce, our shredded chicken "tinga" is finished with Mexican "crema" — a close cousin of crème fraîche — and topped with "queso fresco." 

Seasonal vegetables
A mix of seasonal vegetables & Impossible® meat, sealed & seasoned to perfection. Topped with onions & cilantro "macho."
