In 2024, the Design for Change Challenge transforms into an interactive journey for students. Beyond a competition, it's a dynamic experience where they engage with Design for Change Global network + industries and community partners to solve real-world problems with their impactful solutions. Join us at Singapore’s longest-running innovation challenge for young superheroes, inspiring and recognising them for shaping a desirable and sustainable world.

As part of building the I CAN mindset, students build 21st century competencies and develop future-ready skills.
The 'I CAN' mindset encapsulates what we aspire to instil in every child to empower them to be change-makers.
These mindsets foster a growth mindset, cultivate essential 21st-century skills, and enable them to be future-ready.
The wheel consists of 16 distinct mindsets, that are built as they go through our programmes based on design-led process FEEL-IMAGINE-DO-SHARE.

All stories will be shared on the global site to share with the world I CAN Stories .
Selected teams will pitch their ideas to the industry judges and all the teams will join the annual I CAN Celebration event in November to share and celebrate their work.
One team will represent Singapore at the Global Be the Change Conference participated by over 30+ countries each year.
