All female DFA personnel, as well as female family members of male DFA personnel are invited to become a member of the DFALF. Honorary membership may also be availed of by DFA retirees

The annual membership fee of Php 500.00 for applicants based in the Philippines and Php 1,000 for applicants based out of the Philippines may be paid in cash, through salary deduction or via DFALF’s account in the Landbank’s Link.Biz.Portal which can be accessed at https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/index.jsp. The membership fees are used to fund the DFALF’s projects, initiatives, and operations. DFA permanent employees may avail of a voluntary option for auto-renewal of DFALF membership with flat rate annual fee of Php 500.00 regardless of location/office, by accomplishing a Payroll Deduction Authorization form and submitting it to the DFALF Secretariat for processing.

2. For Contractual Employees

Option 3: Linkbiz Payment (500 for those in based in the Philippines, 1000 for those outside the Philippines)
