At Devoteam Portugal, we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, quality, information security, service excellence, and data protection.
To support this commitment, we provide training and awareness initiatives designed to strengthen employees’ understanding of the requirements applicable to our Integrated Management System (IMS).
This section provides access to training materials and awareness resources to help employees understand their responsibilities, remain informed of applicable requirements, and contribute to the effective implementation and continual improvement of the IMS.
Mandatory Training
Mandatory Training
All Devoteam Portugal employees are required to complete the mandatory training capsules assigned to them on an annual basis.
Mandatory training supports compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, certification, and internal IMS requirements.
For new employees, completion of the applicable mandatory training forms part of the onboarding process and must be completed within the first month of employment, unless a different deadline is specified.
