Onward in 2018-2019!
1. The Site Team is currently collecting tutor applications and will continue to recruit throughout the summer. This will allow us to standardize our recruitment practice as well as the process of tutorials at our site.

2. Students will fundraise early and often, allowing for more student team activities and events, as well as awards and t-shirts.

3. Explicit goal setting procedure needs to be created and implemented, starting with AVID-wide, then site-wide. These work together with reflecting on the learning process.

4. A-G conferences with AVID students need to be standardized. These will work with explicit, frequent college planning and envisioning.
