I don't have access to NOVA! Help!
Can I edit my information once I've created an account?
When you're logged in to NOVA, you'll see your name in the top-right corner of the window. When you click on your name, you can log out or visit your profile. From your profile screen, you are able to edit your account details, including changing your password (which you'll find on the 'Account Settings' tab).
I'm looking for [insert program here]. Where is it?
You can expand the full list of programs integrated into NOVA on the left side of the screen. While expanded, you'll see a scrolling list with many programs to choose from. Once you select a program, you'll see a sub-menu with varying places to go. Some common links include:
Plans: This is where you'll find most information about your institution's participation in the selected program. You will have a number of filters available to use. You'll find "Lead Institution" and "Funding Year" to be most helpful.
Fiscal Reporting: Most programs require you to submit spending reports periodically. Filters are also available to better help you find what you need to see.
Something isn't working right. How do I fix it?
If you experience any difficulty using a feature in NOVA, there are a few different ways to access the NOVA Help Desk for assistance.
Click this link to go to the NOVA Help Desk page within NOVA. This page can also be located by clicking the light blue Help button at the bottom of the main sidebar menu. From the main Helpdesk page, click 'Submit Support Request' for specialized assistance or to report a possible bug.
Click the small circle in the bottom right corner of the window, which will open a pop-up window with the same "Submit Support Request" button.
Click this link to go the CCCCO Support page and then click on "NOVA Support Request" button.
I've looked all over the NOVA Resource Bank website but still have questions.
