San Bartolome High School formally launched Brigada Eskwela 2025 today, with a vibrant opening ceremony led by Principal Dr. Eulogio Pebres, who emphasized the importance of community collaboration and volunteerism in preparing for the upcoming school year.
Held at the school's covered court, the event gathered parents, teachers, students, barangay officials, and partner organizations who pledged their support to the Department of Education’s nationwide maintenance initiative. With this year’s theme, “Sama-Sama Para sa Bayang Bumabasa”, the activity seeks to ensure that learning spaces are clean, safe, and disaster-resilient in time for the class opening.
Volunteers immediately rolled up their sleeves after the program, repainting classrooms, cleaning school grounds, repairing chairs, and organizing learning materials. Students also joined in, showcasing the youth’s active participation in shaping their learning environment.
Brigada Eskwela 2025 at San Bartolome High School is scheduled to run until 13 June, with daily activities open to volunteers and partner groups.
