Dr. WILBERT C. VENZON is a graduate of Doctor of Philosophy in Management at Angeles University Foundation. Currently studying Juris Doctor at Don Honorio Ventura State University. A graduate of Master in Business Administration at President Ramon Magsaysay State University, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Associate in Computer Technology at COMTEQ Computer and Business College, Bachelor in Secondary Education at St. Joseph

College – Olongapo City. He is the President of Philippine Alliance for Open Educational Resources, Inc. (PAOER,Inc.). An International Certification in Microsoft as Microsoft Certified Educator(MIE), Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert(MIEE), and Microsoft Education Ambassador(MEA). He is a Community Leader of International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). A National Teacher Broadcaster, ETULAY Mentor and a National OER Core Leader of the Department of Education and an active Kaisipan, Inc. Fellows.

He is awarded in SDO Olongapo City as Division Outstanding Senior High School Teacher in 2020, National Outstanding Teacher of the Year at the Second Instabright National Awards for Educators and International Awards for Outstanding Educator and Researchers of ETCOR in 2021. He is also awarded as Most Learning Focus Teacher of SDO Olongapo City and Best Educational Innovation Program award of Information and Communications Technology Service of the Department of Education in 2022 respectively. He is recognized as GAWAD Guro in 2023 of Kaisipan, Inc. and Portland State University, USA and an awardee of the 2023 International Global Educator of Aloysian Publications and Betma English, Vietnam.

He organized and conducted different seminar-workshop in the use of Blended Learning APPS, Lego Education, Robotics and Microsoft Office 365 Productivity Tools, a Researcher and a dynamic Public Senior High School Teacher of San Isidro National High School – Bacolor, SDO Pampanga and Senior Lecturer at Angeles University Foundation, Angeles City, Philippines.

In addition to her academic credentials, she holds National Certificate II (NC II) in Bookkeeping and Events Management Services, demonstrating her practical expertise in financial management and event planning.
