Our School Head

Dr. Ryan Laxamana Navarro is the 12th Principal of San Isidro National High School, serving as Principal I since October 1, 2025. He is an experienced school leader dedicated to strengthening instructional quality, learner development, and school–community partnership.

Educational Attainment
Dr. Navarro earned his Doctor of Education in Educational Management from Lyceum Northwestern University, Dagupan City. He holds a Master of Arts in Education Management from Don Honorio Ventura Technological State University, Bacolor, Pampanga, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education from Don Honorio Ventura College of Arts and Trades, Bacolor, Pampanga.

Before assuming his current position, he served as Assistant School Principal II at Don Jesus Gonzales High School and Head Teacher III at Arayat National High School. His professional expertise includes Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT). He has also served as a resource speaker and subject-matter expert in various regional and division-level trainings on the Revised K to 12 Curriculum, strengthened Senior High School implementation, assessment, and instructional supervision.

Vision and Leadership Statement
Guided by the DepEd MATATAG Agenda, Dr. Navarro leads San Isidro National High School with emphasis on being Makabata, Makabansa, Makatao, at Makakalikasan. He envisions the school as a safe, inclusive, and learner-centered institution that strengthens foundational skills, promotes holistic development, and prepares learners for higher education, employment, and responsible citizenship.

His leadership thrusts focus on quality teaching and learning, teacher empowerment, learner welfare and protection, and active stakeholder engagement. Through collaborative governance, innovation, and data-informed decision-making, Dr. Navarro is committed to advancing the mission of San Isidro National High School to deliver quality, accessible, and relevant education for all learners.
