To access our online reporting forms thru Google Sheets, make sure you are LOGGED IN using your registered Email Address that you provided to the TWG.
You cannot access the online reporting forms IF you are using a different email account. This is to ensure that ONLY YOU can enter your District's report and that nobody can edit, tamper and / or erase your report, accidentally or intentionally.

Once logged in to your registered account, return to the "REPORTS" page and choose which form you intend to answer.
