About the Trackers

The Monitoring Trackers serve as a live dashboard for the Schools Division Office and individual school stations. By consolidating data from field inspections and project reports, these trackers provide a clear view of the progress of all infrastructure and maintenance activities across the division.

🔍 Pre and Post Inspection Tracker

For Division-funded repairs and national building programs. This tracker provides a live update on all formal requests submitted to the Physical Facilities Section. It follows the lifecycle of a project from the initial site assessment to the final turnover.

Pre-Inspection Status: View the schedule and results of site validations (requires an SDS-signed letter).
Post-Inspection Status: Check the validation of completed works and readiness for official acceptance.

🏗️ SEF Project Tracker

For projects funded through the Special Education Fund (Local Government Unit). This specialized tracker monitors infrastructure projects, repairs, and facility improvements funded by the Provincial/City/Municipal School Board. It ensures transparency in the utilization of local tax allotments for education.

Project Scope: Monitoring of classroom construction, perimeter fences, and school furniture funded via SEF.
Implementation Status: Track the procurement, groundbreaking, and physical accomplishment of locally-funded initiatives.
