DM 005 s., 2026-    ATTACHMENT OF GEOTAGGED PHOTOS  IN THE PRE-INSPECTION AND POST-INSPECTION REPORTS 

DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment (ESMLE). This is the most recent consolidated policy for learner safety and security protocols.

DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2021 Minimum Performance Standards and Specifications (MPSS) for DepEd School Buildings. This contains the technical architectural and engineering specifications (classroom sizes, window heights, etc.).

DepEd Order No. 042, s. 2009 Program Guidelines on the School-Based Repair and Maintenance Scheme (SBRMS). This remains the foundational document for preventive maintenance and fund utilization for school repairs.

DepEd Order No. 038, s. 2008 Guidelines on the Implementation of SBRMS. Focuses on the Assessment of School Buildings' Structural Integrity and Stability (ASSIST).

• Batas Pambansa Bilang 344 (Accessibility Law) The national law mandating the "Enhancing of Mobility of Disabled Persons" which governs the construction of ramps and PWD-friendly facilities.

• DepEd Order No. 010, s. 2024 Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the MATATAG Curriculum. While curricular, this order highlights the need for learning environments that support the new educational framework.

• DepEd Memorandum No. 022, s. 2026 Immediate Implementation of Energy Conservation Measures in Schools. Focuses on the sustainable use of electricity and water within school facilities.
