Painting the school in a sea of red as pupils wear the color of love and support for our incredible teachers. A heartfelt gesture echoed through tokens of appreciation from SELG officers, symbolizing gratitude for the unwavering dedication and guidance our teachers provide.
Project HISTORYA is an initiative under Project YAKAP that highlights the importance of patriotism and national identity through storytelling and cultural appreciation. The term “Historya”—derived from the Filipino word for “story” or “history”—reflects the project’s goal of connecting learners to the rich heritage, traditions, and shared experiences that shape the Filipino nation.
This project promotes Maka-Bansa by encouraging learners to value their roots, appreciate local heroes, and take pride in their community’s history. Through storytelling sessions, creative presentations, and learner-led activities, Project HISTORYA aims to nurture love for country, respect for culture, and awareness of the nation’s journey.
