A total of one hundred fifty-three (153) teachers of Tumauini South District served as respondents. The study was prepared with the use of a correlational research design. Results revealed that teachers are highly aware and have a very high level of acceptance of RPMS. The teachers’ level of awareness of RPMS was also significantly and positively related to their acceptance of it at 0.01 level of significance. It emphasized that the higher the level of awareness, the higher the level of acceptance. Results showed that most of the teachers had difficulty preparing Means of Verifications (MOVs). They solved it by starting their preparation during classes, basing their MOVs on the objectives, and conducting a quarterly review. Hence, it is recommended that the implementation of RPMS as vital means for teachers’ growth and development be sustained.
