Improving the ICT Skills of Teachers Of Cabagan District Through Blended Training

ABSTRACT


This study determined the effectiveness of Blended Training in improving the ICT skills of teachers of Cabagan District, Cabagan, Isabela for the school year 2020-2021. The 100 selected public elementary school teachers used a compilation of modules and files of explainer videos in improving their ICT skills during their blended training. With paired sample t-tests, the p-value was 0.000, which indicated the significant difference in the level of efficiency in ICT skills of the teachers before and after the implementation of blended training. Based on the findings, blended training improved the ICT skills of the teachers. Being in the new normal setup, a similar study should be conducted to improve the ICT skills of the teachers for better performance in terms of technological processes.
