A collaboratively developed, implemented, regularly reviewed, Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) that is responsive, relevant to the varying contexts and needs of the school community.
The school is organized by a clear structure and work arrangements that promote shared leadership and governance and well- defined the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders.
A leadership network that facilitates communication between and among school and community leaders for informed decision-making and solving of school community wide learning problems.
A sustained development program is in operation where all school personnel are trained and capacitated and the stakeholders are well- informed and engaged in school development activities.
