MEET OUR SCHOOL MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM (SMHP) COORDINATORS

MS. MELANIE M. LANGUE

Nurse I/ Designated School Mental Health Program Coordinator

To you who’s mind is full of worries, uncertainties, questions, doubts and fears, BREATHE.

B- be brave enough to admit that you are not okay

R -reach out to people who you can count on, but if you think there is none, try to look up to God who constantly cares for you. He will surely listen.

E -eliminate things that make your feelings worst.

A -arise and try to look on the brighter side of life, always remember that no matter how much problem you have, the things that you have to be thankful for is always more than that.

T -take time to heal. It’s okay to cry, to be sad, and to get mad because it is a fact that not everything can be fixed in a snap.

H -hope that one day, in God’s time this bad season of your life will pass and it must be just a preparation for a bright season that is yet to come.

E -enlighten others. After you overcome anything that is bothering your mind, it’s time to help others overcome theirs too.
