GRADING SYSTEM
The Department of Education (DepEd) provides these Electronic Class Record (ECR) Templates free for use by all public school teachers. The templates allow for computation of grades consistent with DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2015, also known as the Policy Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for the K to 12 Basic Education Program.

SDRRM CORNER
Every classroom in Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School has an SDRRM Corner wherein disaster information and awareness are displayed. The school also has an SDRRM Wall that was placed at a common area of the school and can be seen easily by learners, teachers, and other stakeholders that is inside the school.

The citywide earthquake drill held last September 06, 2019 gives knowledge to students on the things they should do during a crisis/disaster.

The DepEd Child Protection Policy is very much in placed. The policy aims to protect pupils and students from all forms of violence that may be inflicted by adults, persons in authority as well as their fellow students, including bullying.

FEBIHS offers an inclusive learning environment catering the needs of different learners and also provides different opportunities for growth of its teachers. To assure excellent delivery of instructions, coaching and mentoring were religiously done every quarter by the school head and Subject Coordinators.
FEBIHS is an learner-centered environment that provides meaningful learning environment to learners. It provide learners opportunity that is relevant in the community.
