Step 3: Request for Conduct of Open Ranking Procedure in the school/district level (School/District)
Step 4: Conduct of Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) and On-the-Job (OTJ) Assessment] (School/District)
As indicated in Division Memorandum No. 343, s. 2019, for evaluation of Teacher II and Teacher III positions including SPED Teacher II and SPED Teacher III, they are exempted to undergo On-the-Job (OTJ) Assessment.
Step 5: Preparation of School/District Ranking (District)
Step 6: Submission of Division Ranking documents (District)
Step 7: Approval of Division Ranking (Division)
Step 8: Receiving of Approved Division Ranking (District)
Step 9: Posting of results of ranking and informing of qualified applicants
Step 10: Submission of Requirements for Appointment/ERF/Reclassification (Promoted Applicants and Applicants listed on RQA)
Interested applicants may personally submit the scanned documents in CD saved in e-folder at their respective Administrative Officer II/School HRMO, following the arrangement of documents specified in DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007:
E-folder - A. Letter of Intent addressed to the School’s Principal
E-folder - B. Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212)
E-folder - C. Performance Rating – 3 consecutive years (if any)
E-folder - D. Experience – Updated Service Record or Certificate of Employment

***For reclassification, Duly Authenticated Transcript of Records for Masteral /Doctoral Program (by the CHED) is required.

*** For Division Ranking purpose, District Training and seminars are allowed.
***For ERF/Reclass requirement, participation in Division, Regional, National, and international seminars only) (3 days minimum per seminar) - maximum of 125 hrs.
