Parang Elementary School community is accessible to the community because of its public transportations that pass the street adjacent to the school. For several years, the school already offered a SPED class. The commitment has been clamouring for the school to offer SPED class that will cater to the children with special needs.

Project SMILE aims to create a safe learning environment. The said project was based from the theme of the DEPEd NCR “Masayang Guro, Masiglang Magturo” Division Memo # 184 s, 2014.
