CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
The continued quest of the Division of Marikina City to live up to the City’s Vision of Discipline, Excellence and Good Taste has inspired us all to contribute and be a part of this quest. It started through a meeting of all the schools heads with Dr. Helen Grace V. Go and the chiefs of the of the School Governance Operations Division, Dr. Elizalde Q. Cena and Ms. Eliza O. Cerveza of the Curriculum Implementation Division, with Dr. Benjamin C. Cruz, Jr. of the School Management Monitoring and Evaluation and Mr. Marvin Ian Cruz of the same department. The meeting was specifically called to install a mechanism for the 32 schools of the division to choose an area of their strength and develop the same to be the center of excellence in the division.
For Parang Elementary School, we decided that we vie for “Center of Excellence for Physical Facilities Management” and the long list hopefully will convince our readers. We are;
PES got the Superintendent’s Award Plaque of Recognition for the Clean, Green and Organize (CGO) 2015-2016 and awarded last March 2016.
Division of Pampanga School Heads Benchmarking with Excel Center for Educational Leadership, Inc. with Excellent School Rating last October 24, 2016.
