  To democratize professional development for teachers by providing high-quality, equitable, affordable, holistic and sustainable training opportunities to advocate Nueva Ecija High School’s vision of becoming the province’s center of excellence and in support of Department of Education’s own Mission, Vision and Core Values

 We dream of teachers who continuously optimize his/her talents and potential to competently facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner; teachers who are empowered, with right information, trainings and inspirations to strive and realize their maximum professional growth and development; a harmonious work environment that both foster challenges and supports; and an academe where personnel have camaraderie where goals are swiftly and easily accomplished with minimal stress and greater enjoyment.
