MELC-Based Online Video Library (MOViL) is an online facility created for students, teachers, and out-of-school youths as well. It stores collection of YouTube videos featuring the learning competencies for Grade 7 to 12, most of which were from DepEd TV Channel. It aims to supplement the printed teaching and learning resources for students to better understand the lessons and study  anywhere online.
