MOViL undergoes updating for its sustainable development.  Here are the chronicles of this innovation:

movil v.1

MELC-Based Online YouTube Library (OYL) for .Net Programming was the original name of MOViL as an entry for Panay District Innovation Showdown in 2021.  It was coined as MELC-Based Online Video Library (MOViL) as Edwin C. Salanatin, the innovator, joined the Capiz Division Innovation Showdown 2022 and became one among the top finalists .

movil v.2

MOViL was added with page for Practical Research 2 in 2022.  It was utilized as an intervention in an action research titled "Online Library: An Augmentation to Self-Learning Modules in the New Normal Education" conducted by Stepanie Bocala-Canto and Edwin C. Salanatin. Their study was adjudged as Best in Oral Presentation during the Research Congress 2022.

movil v.3

The innovators improved the pages including subjects for JHS and SHS.  It was rolled out to teachers in August 2023 for validation and eventually, for utilization.
