Department of Education (DepEd) Regional Director of MIMAROPA Cherrylou “Teacher Che” Retia strives to strengthen Basa program amidst unsuccessful take-off in the pandemic to continually improve literacy and numeracy among all learners including Indigenous people (IP) learners.
