PROGRESS MONITORING AND EVALUATION INDEX
This monitoring sheet tracks the progress of the school's data regarding access, quality and governance. This data serves as an index for analyzing the current state of the school. Metrics such as enrollment rates, dropped-out rate, retention, test scores and measures of school climate/culture are compiled to allow for assessment of ongoing performance. Together, this data forms a comprehensive index by which the school's progress toward goals established in strategic plans can be evaluated. Areas in need of improvement or at risk of being off track are targeted for increased attention. The results likewise inform decisions about resource allocation to optimize operations and outcomes over the course of regular monitoring periods.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES
This monitoring sheet tracks academic performance metrics on a quarterly basis for the school. The subject area teachers (known as Key Teachers) are responsible for monitoring progress as measured by this sheet each quarter. The goal is to review outcomes in core subjects to identify opportunities for improvement, recognize successes, and ensure students and teachers have the necessary support to meet performance expectations. By tracking key indicators each quarter, we aim to address any potential issues promptly, maintain or improve overall performance trends over time, and demonstrate accountability for our educational outcomes to stakeholders.
This monitoring sheet tracks the progress of the school's Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPA) against targets set in the school's strategic plan and actual accomplishments. Also attached is the school's performance dashboard and S-curve, which provide additional context.

Hey, this hub is where we store all the project review files. Those reviews we do after a project ends? Yeah, we put the final copies in here so they're safe for future reference.
So basically, a Program Implementation Review or PIR is like a post-mortem on a project. They check that the project hit its goals, see how smooth the management was, figure out lessons for the next one, and make sure the school squeezes as much value as it can out of what they delivered. It's a way for them to look back on how it all went down once the dust has settled.
