This platform serves as a centralized database for managing, storing, and securing organizational data to support evidence-based decision making. It is the central system where authorized personnel of the school can monitor, store, and secure institutional data. This data is subsequently leveraged for strategic planning purposes and allocation of resources. There are seven key user groups that will benefit from this system: the LIS coordinator responsible for overseeing enrollment data; the SMEA/SBM team tasked with collecting, analyzing, and storing data on learner performance and institutional programs; records staff who can easily track enrollment history for students who have transferred or withdrawn; the strategic planning team involved in developing institutional plans and informed decisions; teachers who can monitor and archive student data as needed to support local requirements; researchers requiring institutional data for studies; and school stakeholders who will be kept up-to-date on current performance, needs, and initiatives.
