School-based management (SBM) is a strategy utilized to enhance educational outcomes through the reallocation of significant decision-making authority from centralized administration to individual institutions. SBM empowers principals, educators, students, and families to exert expanded influence over the learning process by entrusting them with determinations pertaining to funding, staffing, and academic programming. By facilitating involvement from instructors, parents, and other local stakeholders in these core determinations, SBM seeks to generate more conducive learning environments for students. FILE TRACKING SYSTEM

This system is utilized to monitor files uploaded within the file management system. Each uploaded file is assigned a unique tracking code to keep tabs on both electronic and physical copies of the submitted file.
