RBB RESEARCH.pdfAs the Department of Education aims for the holistic development of the learners through academic excellence and instilling moral and philosophical values, the K to 12 Curriculum offers Personal Development for senior high school level. Moreover, the Schools Division of Batangas has crafted the program Retrospect Batang Batangueno. This was done in accordance with Basic Education Curriculum (RA 10533), Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Curriculum, the standard of functional literacy is to acquire the skill of decisiveness to act with responsibility for the good of everyone. Thus, the main objective of RBB is to build a value-oriented education culture by integrating target values in the daily tasks of the learners and ultimately making it a part of their habit and attitude. Furthermore, RBB targets to maximize ESP learning not only through cognitive skills but also the psychomotor and affective skills of the learners.

Division Memorandum 372 s, 2021 titled Division Training Workshop on Multimodal, Adaptive, Technological, And Integrative Capsules for Learning For EsP Teachers (ESP MATIC) has aimed to reskill and upskill key teachers and master teachers in multimodal, adaptive, technological, and integrative teaching strategies and approaches in EsP so as to improve the teaching and learning process with newly developed materials to cope with the demands of new and normal education. With the aforementioned training workshop, EsPMATICapsule and EsP school learning hubs are created to serve as the repository of primary and supplementary materials in any modality for any type of learner, and as a source of information and display of activities in EsP, together with the Homeroom and Career Guidance Programs.
