As we face the most difficult aspect of the teaching and learning process, we teachers need to be equipped with all strategies to be able to adhere to the goal of the department to give quality education in times of pervasive situations. Different modalities specifically online learning was utilized. Thus, we teachers need to explore strategies to best give the quality education through success of independent learning. Open communication between the teacher, parents and other stakeholder was established to focus in working together. Identifying the real condition and understanding the root cause of their low performance in school activities. Varied activities that best fit students’ needs were employed. Close monitoring in the implementation of the different activities help to evaluate the success of the said project. After the whole year implementation of the program, the proponent together with the grade 11 advisers evaluated and synthesis the program. A redesigned program was suggested that will be implemented in the next school year aimed to continue addressing the needs of students at risks of dropping out or failing their subjects.
