Project PALM stands for Podcast, Alternative Learning Modality. The

project’s ultimate output is a podcast of teacher discussion anchored on the

MELCs for school year 2020-2021. The podcast could be accessed online

or offline. It uses the Anchor App as the main recording platform to produce

the podcast.
