Schools Division Superintendent
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the overall management and operations of the division, ensuring compliance with education policies, guidelines, and standards set by the Department of Education (DepEd).
2. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to district offices, school heads, teachers, and other stakeholders within the division.
3. Develop and implement division-wide initiatives and programs that enhance the quality of education and promote the welfare of students, teachers, and staff.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with various government agencies, non-government organizations (NGOs), and community stakeholders to address the educational needs and concerns of the division.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of district offices, school heads, and teachers in the division.
6. Recommend necessary interventions and capacity-building programs to enhance the professional development of teachers and school leaders.
7. Resolve conflicts and issues within the division, ensuring the fair and equitable treatment of all stakeholders.
8. Represent the division in meetings, conferences, and other relevant events at the regional and national levels.
District In Charge
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Schools Division Superintendent in the effective management and supervision of schools within the district.
2. Monitor the implementation of educational programs and initiatives in the district, ensuring compliance with DepEd policies and guidelines.
3. Provide guidance and support to school heads, teachers, and other staff members within the district.
4. Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of schools' performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
5. Collaborate with other district in-charges and stakeholders to address district-level concerns and challenges.
6. Facilitate training, workshops, and capacity-building activities for teachers and school leaders within the district.
7. Coordinate with the Schools Division Superintendent and other district in-charges to address issues and conflicts within the division.
8. Represent the district in meetings, conferences, and other relevant events at the division, regional, and national levels.
School Head
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the overall management and administration of the school, ensuring the delivery of quality education and effective operation of school programs.
2. Implement DepEd policies, guidelines, and standards within the school, promoting a safe and conducive learning environment.
3. Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff members, providing support and professional development opportunities as needed.
4. Develop and implement school improvement plans, aligned with division and national education goals.
5. Establish and maintain partnerships with parents, the community, and other stakeholders to support student learning and well-being.
6. Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources within the school, ensuring transparency and accountability.
7. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and protect the confidentiality of student and staff information.
8. Represent the school in meetings, conferences, and other relevant events at the district and division levels.
Teachers
Responsibilities:
1. Provide quality instruction, assessment, and support to students in their assigned subject areas.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum guidelines and student needs.
3. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters the intellectual, social, and emotional development of students.
4. Assess student progress and provide timely feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
5. Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to share best practices, resources, and strategies for effective teaching and learning.
6. Maintain accurate student records and ensure the privacy and confidentiality of student information.
7. Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational trends and research.
8. Engage in regular communication and collaboration with parents and guardians to support student learning and well-being.
District Nurse
Responsibilities:
1. Provide healthcare services, first aid, and emergency care to students and staff members within the district.

Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Officers
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between parents, teachers, and the school administration.
2. Advocate for the interests and welfare of students, promoting a positive and supportive school environment.
3. Organize and coordinate activities, events, and fundraising initiatives to support educational programs and resources.
4. Encourage parental involvement and participation in school activities, committees, and decision-making processes.
5. Represent the PTA in meetings, conferences, and other relevant events at the school and district levels.
6. Provide feedback and input to the school administration on matters affecting students and families.
7. Support initiatives that enhance parent-teacher cooperation and engagement in their children's education.
8. Promote awareness and adherence to the school's policies, rules, and regulations among parents and guardians.
School Clinic In Charge
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the operations of the school clinic, ensuring the provision of quality health services and care to students and staff.
2. Maintain and update student health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
3. Assess and address the medical needs of students, providing first aid, basic medical care, and referrals as necessary.
4. Develop and implement health programs, policies, and guidelines that promote the well-being and safety of students and staff.
5. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the district nurse to address health-related concerns and provide health education.
6. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary medical supplies and equipment in the school clinic.
7. Communicate and coordinate with parents and guardians regarding student health issues, medications, and necessary interventions.
8. Stay updated with current health trends, protocols, and best practices in school health services.
SELG President and Officers
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and represent the School Environmental Learning Group (SELG) in promoting environmental awareness and sustainability within the school community.
2. Coordinate and organize activities, projects, and campaigns that focus on environmental conservation, recycling, and eco-friendly practices.
3. Collaborate with teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders to implement environmental education programs and initiatives.
4. Raise awareness and encourage participation in environmental events and competitions at the school and district levels.
5. Advocate for the inclusion of environmental education in the school curriculum and extracurricular activities.
6. Engage in partnerships with local organizations, agencies, and businesses to support environmental initiatives and projects.
7. Provide guidance and support to other students and school clubs interested in promoting environmental stewardship.
8. Regularly communicate and report on SELG activities, achievements, and challenges to the school administration and PTA.
Stakeholders

3. Advocate for student rights, interests, and concerns, serving as a bridge between students, teachers, and the school administration.
