Presidential Decree no.1566, “Strengthening the Philippines Disaster Control, Capability and Establishing the National Program on Community Disaster Preparedness”.
As the saying goes, "There is no harm in hoping for the best as long as you’re prepared for the worst”. We cannot predict when and where does earthquake might happen. But if we are prepared for it even before it will happen, then the chances in getting harmed is low. It is our manual to be able to practice and internalize the risk reduction measure to eventually make a habit of being prepared before, during and after a calamity, be it natural or human made / induced hazard.
