School Personnel play an important role in ensuring that learners are learning in a safe and supportive learning environment.

The School Principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations and procedures to ensure that all pupils are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school. She establishes and promotes high standards and expectations for all learners and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behavior. She keeps the staff informed and seek ideas for the improvement of the school. She assumes responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of learners, employees and visitors. She maintains positive, cooperative and mutually supportive relationships with staff, parents and stake holders.

Teachers create lesson plans and teach those plans to the entire class, individually to learners or small groups, track learners progress and present the information to parents, create tests, create and reinforce classroom rules, work with the school administration and prepare learners for standardized tests. The teachers provide guidance and advise the learners on educational and social matters. They ensure high standards of professional practice and quality of teaching and learning the subjects taught.
