School Governance and Operation

School governance is the management of all the financial, human and other resources to attain the short term objectives and long term goals of the school. All members of the school community or the school faculty and staff as well as the stakeholders share the vision to create inclusive, learner-centred education and to engage in school improvement. Good planning, monitoring and evaluation of school processes and practices and effective assessment of learning are essential.
