Faculty and Staff

The faculty and staff of a school play an important role in ensuring pupils are learning in a safe and supportive learning environment. They must foster positive, trusting relationships with the learners and improve school climate by encouraging parent and family involvement in the education process.

The School Principal is the member of the school personnel with the greatest responsibilities most especially for the management of the school. He has the role to provide leadership, direction and coordination within the school or with the stakeholders. This main focus is to develop and maintain effective educational programs within the school and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning with the school.

The teachers are the personnel who provide education for the learners. Thus, they are also called educators, who provide learners to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue. They are one of the most influential and powerful forces for equity, access and quality in education and key to sustainable global development.
