Every child has rights, no matter who they are or where they live. Our government has promised to protect, respect and fulfill these rights, yet they are still violated nationwide.

Dalaoig Elementary School’s Child Protection Program focus on holding the government accountable on children’s rights, standard by monitoring each performance and commitments and ensures the protection of every learner under its care.

In this view, the school formulated and implemented a localized school-based child protection policy adopted from D.O #40, S. 2012, Policy and Guidelines on Protecting Children in School from Abuse, Violence, Exploitation, Discrimination, Bullying and other forms of Abuse.

The school conducted orientation and trainings to raise awareness on School Child Protection Policy, Rights of every child and other issues concerning the Child Protection Policy Program.
