For this assignment, you will be utilizing the free video-hosting platform EkoVideo in order to practice a form of non-linear storytelling. EkoVideo is a video hosting platform, similar to Youtube, but one that allows creators to post โChoose Your Own Adventureโ type stories. Rather than upload one video per post, each post contains several โnodes,โ allowing viewers to interact with the video and ultimately decide their own fate or ending.
Reflection: It's a great tool because the audience could interact with the videos. The website sometimes runs slow, not smooth (when I upload the videos). I had trouble with figuring out the functions of editing buttons, connecting nodes, etc. In general, I had a fun experience with Eko. It will be useful with a lot of things!
