Reflection: I was not surprised by the results that much. Because I have done several personality tests on the Internet before, I found that test is beneficial for better understanding myself. It will still be the best when you discover your personality through experience, so I will always try my best to try different activities or roles in my life to see if I like them or not. Yes, I agree that quizzes geared towards career preparedness are helpful to both employers and employees. Different people have different abilities which suit different jobs.
