For several years, he is heading the Wildlife Permitting Section (WPU) of the LPDD with only one permanent staff (ADA VI) and no Contract of Service (COS). Many times, he was nominated to best employee of the Division under his category but did not succeed. He was able to efficiently maintained achieving the goals and targets despite assisted by one staff who is equally abled. He successfully delivers the mandates on Streamlining Process and Improve Core Services (SPICS) as an alternate Focal Person. He serves also as resource speakers for the topic on wildlife management, conservation and protection during Deputation of ENR Officers (DENROs)trainings.
The job description of the ADA VI is to provide administrative support through receiving/releasing/record keeping and other clerical works. However, Ms. Gomez goes beyond her administrative functions. She provided assistance in some technical matters. These includes the consolidation/submission and compilation of Forestry Revenue Collections, Mobile Price Monitoring System for forest products, Forestry Statistical System, Wood Importation and Disposition Reports and alternate focal to the and Enhanced Forestry Information System (eFIS). Mr. Eliezer C. As an Administrative Aide I assigned to the Conservation and Development Division, he has consistently demonstrated commitment to the protection and conservation of wildlife resources and the efficient operation of the Regional Wildlife Rescue Center (RWRC). He actively assisted in wildlife rescue, confiscation, rehabilitation, release, and other wildlife management activities, ensuring the welfare and proper handling of rescued wildlife specimens.
Mr. Luna likewise played an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of wildlife cages and facilities within the RWRC through regular cleaning and disinfection activities. He extended his support beyond his assigned duties by assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the PAMBCS, CRFMS, and the Conservation and Development Division offices and surroundings, contributing to a safe and conducive working environment for employees and stakeholders alike.
His exemplary discipline and professionalism were evident in his perfect attendance during Monday Convocations and Flag Ceremonies and his consistent compliance with office policies and standards. Mr. Luna earned a "Very Satisfactory" performance rating, reflecting his dedication, efficiency, and dependability in carrying out his responsibilities.

Mr. Junrey L. Labalan is recognized for his exemplary dedication and significant contributions to the Protected Area Management and Biodiversity Conservation Section of DENR Region 10. Throughout his years of service, he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, competence, and commitment in the implementation of biodiversity conservation and protected area management programs. He actively contributed to wildlife protection initiatives through monitoring, rescue, retrieval, release, and preparation of technical reports. He also played a key role in the conduct of the Asian Waterbird Census and other biodiversity assessments that supported evidence-based conservation efforts.
Mr. Labalan has been instrumental in consolidating and reviewing Biodiversity Monitoring System reports, as well as reports on ecotourism facilities and Protected Area Management Offices, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of critical information. He provided valuable technical assistance in the assessment and monitoring of caves, wetlands, and protected areas, including the review of management plans and related documents. In addition, he served as a resource person in environmental and biodiversity trainings, particularly on cave assessment and wildlife handling, sharing his expertise with colleagues and stakeholders.
