Designed to honor exceptional individuals within the DENR who have demonstrated outstanding dedication and service in upholding the agency's mandates. This award acknowledges their personal efforts that significantly contribute to enhancing the agency's performance and efficiency. 

This gives instant recognition and reward to officials and employees who have been commended by clients/customers for rendering prompt, courteous, efficient and honest service, as well as heroic acts in the course of duty. 

This is based on the eight (8) Norms of Conduct as provided under RA 6713 (Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards). Nominations shall be duly supported with facts/proofs, video presentation write-ups, etc. The awardee shall be automatically nominated by the PRAISE Committee to the Dangal ng Bayan Award. 

This shall be awarded to an employee whose contributions such as ideas, suggestions, invention, discoveries or performance of functions result in savings in terms of man-hours and cost or otherwise benefit the agency and government as a whole.

This award is granted to those who maintain perfect attendance, adhere to "Very Satisfactory" performance standards for two consecutive semesters, and exhibit a high level of professionalism. 

This award is bestowed upon dedicated employees who have demonstrated a decade of continuous and satisfactory service to the Office. These dedicated individuals are honored for their commitment with a cash award, in line with established policies. 

This is conferred to officials and employees who were injured/incapacitated or lost their lives while performing environmental protection duties. 

This Special Award shall be granted in recognition of an individual employee who has satisfactorily completed a course or degree within or outside the country at one’s own expense. 

This Special Award shall be granted in recognition of an individual employee who has topped their respective professional licensure or bar exams; 

This Special Award shall be conferred to an employee who has rendered an outstanding service to a person, group of person, or a people’s organization in relation to the program and services of the department as a whole, at the risk of her/his own life and beyond the call of duty, resulting in the safety of life and/or property.

This award shall be given to the retiring officials and employees of DENR-10 on the day nearest to their retirement. This is to acknowledge the employee’s government service and contribution to the organization.
