PRAISE stands for "Program to Recognize, Award, and Incentivize Excellence in Service." It is a system implemented by the CSC to promote and recognize outstanding performance, dedication, and contributions of government employees and offices. PRAISE aims to boost employee morale, enhance productivity, and improve the quality of public service by acknowledging and rewarding excellence within the government sector. Through various awards and recognition programs, PRAISE highlights and honors individuals and teams who go above and beyond in their roles, contributing to the overall improvement of government services and operations.
PRAISE was established to promote excellence in public service, boost employee morale, and improve the overall quality of government services by recognizing and incentivizing exemplary efforts. The DENR Region 10 established a PRAISE Committee responsible for overseeing recognition, awards, and incentives for excellence in service.
PRAISE offers various awards, including individual and group awards, for exceptional performance, innovation, integrity, and other outstanding contributions. Click the List of Awards button below for more information.
