An award presented to the most outstanding division or office based on the highest O/DPCR Rating, chosen from a range of sections within the Regional Office and Field Offices. This award encompasses the Regional Management Division, Regional Technical Division, PENROs, and CENROs, with evaluations conducted each semester throughout the year 

This award shall be conferred to a Division/Office who is compliant to the recent and immediate instruction of the Head of Office inclined to the rules and regulation issued and subsequently compliant to the submission of regular reports based on the List of Regular Reports as per Regional Memorandum dated April 27, 2021. 

An award recognizing an exemplary office that consistently upholds Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) provisions, including wearing ARTA ID, observing No-Lunch Break Policy, maintaining efficient office setup, and offering prompt and exceptional client service (with no complaints received). This award highlights our commitment to streamlined, efficient services and outstanding client experiences.

The  Environmental Awards for Governance and Leadership Excellence (EAGLE)  Award shall be conferred to the most outstanding Regional Division, PENROs and CENROs considering their leadership abilities and efficiency/effectiveness in delivery of services and product results.
