You’ll continue to use the Journal in conjunction with the other course tools to help you read accurately and analytically, and the second half of the Reading and Writing Arguments about Ethnicity in America unit will again be devoted to the writing workshop process. However, this time, you will write a personal essay concerning ethnicity in which you make an argument about the people, places,and events in your life that have made you who you are. You’ll again give pointed feedback toyour peers and will, in turn, receive and weigh feedback on your own writing.
