Delphos Ray McKowen Council 1362
The 4th Degree KofC Knights accept "patriotism" essays from High School Seniors from high schools in the area. Applications are available from the high school guidance counselor or from the Ministry Center.
Winning submissions receive a certificate award and $100 cash prize.

DELPHOS — The 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Bishop Neumann Assembly recently honored its Patriotism Essay Contest winners. The include: Chloe Etzkorn of Delphos St. John’s, Alyvia Lindeman of Jefferson and Joel Schrader of St. John’s.
Each winner received $100.
A total of 11 schools participated, submitting 23 essays.

DELPHOS — The Delphos Knights of Columbus Ray McKown Council recently honored its Patriotism Essay Contest winners. They include J.J. Bonifas of St. John’s High School son of Nate and Gina Bonifas; Alexa Gearhart of St. Mary of the Assumption of Van Wert, daughter of Andy and Niki Gearhart; and Dillon Cross of St. John’s High School, son of Jason and Chris Cross.
There were 25 essays submitted and Sir Knight Bill Peebles was the judge.

DELPHOS — The Ray McKowen Council 1362 of the Knights of Columbus in Delphos recently honored its Patriotism Essay winners for 2021.
Contest Chair Lou Hohman said he received 16 essay to be passed on to the judges.
In first place and moving on to the national contest are: Will Zeller of Kalida High School, son of Greg and Jill Zeller; Andrea Tussing of Crestview High School, daughter of Vince and Jane Tussing; and Olivia Cunningham of Crestview High School, daughter of Travis and Elizabeth Cunningham.
Each received a certificate and $100 cash.
