Delphos Knights of Columbus to Sponsor Soccer Challenge
The Delphos Knights of Columbus Council 1362 will sponsor its annual Soccer Challenge on Soccer Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the Delphos St. John Annex from 1 to 3 pm. Registration begins at 12:30 pm at the annex field for all boys and girls from the ages of 9 to 14 as of September 1, 2020. Written parental consent is required. Boys and girls from their respective age divisions will compete to win the local competition, where winners will advance to the district competition. The Delphos K of C held a carryout spaghetti dinner fundraiser on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at their Elida Avenue hall in Delphos. Proceeds from this event are going towards helping to defray the cost of the bus trip for students to Washington DC for the Right To Life March.
A check for $3,960 was presented by Phil and Tom Odenweller on behalf of the Delphos Knights of Columbus to St. Johns.
