FAST PASS CHECKLIST

There will be a "Fast Pass" line at each station where staff and volunteers will ensure that you have complete each of these requirements by collecting the document and/or looking at a screenshot of the completed application, signing off on that section on your parent check list, allowing you to move on to the next station and be one step closer to meeting your child's teacher!

For each station you will do the following to get your stamp: 

• Annual Verification

  • You should be on the list

• Clinic Station

  • Drop off Student Health Form

• Transportation Form

  • You should be on the list

  • Car riders/walkers

    • You will obtain a car tag with a number

• Media Release Form

  • You should be on the list

• ASEDP (if applicable)

  • Drop off your forms and payment

Habrá una línea de "Pase rápido" en cada estación donde el personal y los voluntarios se asegurarán de que haya completado cada uno de estos requisitos recopilando el documento y/o mirando una captura de pantalla de la solicitud completa, firmando esa sección en su lista de verificación de padres, lo que le permitirá pasar a la siguiente estación y estar un paso más cerca de conocer al maestro de su hijo.

Para obtener su sello en cada estación, deberá hacer lo siguiente:

• Verificación anual

  • Deberías estar en la lista

• Clínica

  • Entrega del formulario de salud estudiantil

• Formulario de transporte

  • Debería estar en la lista

  • Conductores de coche/caminantes

    • Recibirá una placa de identificación con un número.

• Formulario de autorización de prensa

  • Debería estar en la lista

• ASEDP (si corresponde)

  • Entrega de sus formularios y pago
