1) Create a common understanding and set of expectations of technology skills that teachers can inspire to achieve .
2) Increase opportunities for teachers to achieve mastery of these technology skills sets by offering options to develop skills.
3) Explore and encourage the concept of personalized learning networks where teachers have the opportunity to share skills with colleagues.
4) Explore creative professional development instructional practices related to improving instruction with the new instructional coaching model, using technology.
