I would like to recommend Mia Maechtel to the UA150.

I had the pleasure of coaching Mia this summer at the United Lacrosse League (ULL) combine. Mia is a strong midfielder and is talented on both offense and defense. Mia led our team in points and was on the game sheet every game we played. She is committed, talented and persistent. Mia is a strong 2 handed player and can attack the net from anywhere around the eight. Mia is a very skilled dodger and loves to face dodge. Whether it be in close or outside, she would be able to finish her shots with a goal. If she wasn’t looking to shoot the ball, she was looking to set up her teammates and make the play. On defense she was vocal, she helped her teammates out and made sure she was doing everything she could to get the ball out of the zone.

Mia brought a positive attitude to the field everyday, she listened to direction and she encouraged her teammates to be the best on and off the field. Overall, Mia was a pleasure to coach and she will continue to succeed everyday with her work ethic.
